what is the best eyeshadow color for a black and turquoise dress?

I am wearing a black dress with turquoise dots and I am wondering what eyeshadow color will look best if I have very fair skin, hazel eyes, and light brown hair. Thanks for any answers!

Heyy! in my opinion i could think of turquoise is going properly with creams or silvers. So why do no longer you do a cream eye shadow base and then in step with danger a liquid liner (sparky) on the proper lash line and then black eyeliner on the backside or the sparkly liquid liner :) <3 have relaxing!

I would do smokey eyes for sure, and if you wanted to have a little pop of color you could add a small bit of turquoise in the outer crease.

try a light carribean blue or turquoise-ish color and use shades of gray and black to make the outter part of your eyes smokey. i think that would look nice =)
