I am wearing a black dress with turquoise dots and I am wondering what eyeshadow color will look best if I have very fair skin, hazel eyes, and light brown hair. Thanks for any answers!

Your shadow should match your complexion, not your dress. Hazel eyes look great in golds, browns, and olive shades. For nighttime, a smoky purple color will bring out the eyes and also look great with your dress.

Black is out this season-especially the gothic stuff. A more natural look is in. I would wear whatever looked good with my natual coloring and somewhere in there a touch of turquoise. Check out some of those products that are designed to bring out the best in different colored eyes. Light brown absolutely makes green eyes pop but see what works on you. Go get some free makeovers done and see what they come up with for you.

Taupe, gray, violet, purple and deep blue colors go well with blue eyes while black mixed with bright blue color helps to create smoky eyes. For bold funky looks, you can choose silver, turquoise and fuchsia colors. Brown, apricot, purple, plum and forest green colors brighten up green and hazel eyes while you can add a touch of boldness to the face by experimenting with gold, lime-green, very light green and bright purple shades. Copper, bronze, champagne, beige and forest-green looks good on brown eyes while brown eyeshadow helps to create a doe-eyed look. Colors like tangerine, royal blue, hot pink and lime-green add a punch to the personality and are quite favorite with younger generation. The colors that can be used for all eyes are navy or charcoal based shades while powder-blue eyeshadow is great for achieving highlighting effects while the hottest color in the night parties is the silver-sparklehttp://www.facenbodycare.com/Effective_ways_to_remove_dark_circles_under_eyes.html

Heyy! in my opinion i could think of turquoise is going properly with creams or silvers. So why do no longer you do a cream eye shadow base and then in step with danger a liquid liner (sparky) on the proper lash line and then black eyeliner on the backside or the sparkly liquid liner :) <3 have relaxing!

I would do smokey eyes for sure, and if you wanted to have a little pop of color you could add a small bit of turquoise in the outer crease.

do the smokey eyes with black shimmer eyeshadow, then smudge a layer of pale, grey-ish shimmer eyeshadow on it. it'll look stunning.
