Makeup - April 2007

I am a transgendered girl, which means I was born a male but have had surgeries to become female. My question to you is about eye-makeup. I try to transform my more male eye into a female eye. To get you up to speed, male eyes tend to be closer together, deeper set, the eye itself tends to be smaller vertically and horizontally , less curved and expressive, and a males eye opening tends to be more squinty as where females tend to have more open eyes. I am having trouble understanding how to employ eyeliners and eyeshadows to create a more female eye. My biggest problem is when I look up online for information on how to use makeup for a bigger eye, an almost uninimous answer is to use a light or shimmery eyeshadow on the lid. I find this makes my lid appear bigger and then my eye more squintier in contrast. I need help! I appreciate your suggestions and thank you in advance for your help. Lisa

I have been using Dove's Energy Glow skin wash for my face.Since then,I have been having a lot of breakouts and large pimples.Can it really be a facewash,or possibly stress from finals? Any suggestions for a better face wash? I normally have a very clear and soft complextion.I want it back!

I've always wanted my eyebrow pierced, but I don't know what people would think of me. And if it's really worth it or not? My parents suggest I shouldn't get one so soon. But they will still let me get one if I really want it. I'm just afraid I might regret it when I;m older and I will end up with a scar on my face/ what should I do??

Is it safe?
Does it hurt?
Would people not want to look at me after i get it?

does anyone know if there are any drugstores that have products to clear upp acne on the cheast and back. ive had prescriptions and use stuff from meetmark.com but it would be much more convenient if it were at an actual store. thanks!

i hav these really weird blue-green eyes and eyeliner doesnt look good on me, at all! iv tried a few colors and in a few different areas but it just looks sooo terrible, even wen make up artists do it! im not sure if its the color or the shape of my eyes but if anyone can think of any good colors for blue-green eyes, pleaseee help!

I am a very pale skinned girl with green eyes that sometimes turn grey and brown hair. Right now I only wear black eyeliner and mascara, but I don't like it. I'm trying to find a way to change it. I use Rimmel eyeliner, pencil kind. I apply it and it works extremly well, then as the day goes on it starts to run. i dont know why and its very ugly. is there anything i can do to stop it?!
