whats the best mascara color for dark brown eyes?

my eyes are a dark brown and i want to find a mascara color that makes mi eyes pop.

My eyes are dark brown and I pretty much always wear black. I also wear blue and purple, but that depends on my shadow/liner. I think black works the best. If you want your eyes to pop, you should wear eyeliner.

Same here! Maybelline is the best in my opinion. Use black! If you think it looks a tad too harsh tone down the eyeliner. (if you wear it) Maybelline Lash Stiletto has worked for me, but I always go back to the Maybellie Mascara in the pink tube and green cap. It doesn't go on all clumpy, and thick, It will go on where you want it, and lets you perfect your lashes. What I do is: For the first coat, just put on a little mascara on the inside lashes (corner next to your nose), and then focus on the outside lashes. Then for the second coat. . focus on the outside lashes again!! For the bottom, I just take he top of the wand and just go back and forth! That's it! :) I hope this helps! :) Have fun with it! It depends on the color of your hair. I have brown with blond highlights and I have dark chocolate brown eyes. I normally use brown-black but I bought black for the first time in years yesterday. Black looks just fine but just a tiny bit more dramatic. Also I use the brown-black when I am going with dramatic eye shadow like purple or green, which looks good with brown eyes, or the right shade of blue. Dark green mascara has looked ok too.

With mascara the only way to go is black. As far as shadow and liner you can get these little sets by Almay that are colors picked out for certain eye colors. The commercial says the color of your eyes, intensified.

Black mascara is going to give you the most definition, but you can add color and fun with different colored eyeliners...i love Clinique's gel eye liners because they dry and stay put...your eye color looks awesome with the violet color liner or for fun you could use indigo
