ummmm...yea, i tan with SPF all the time. i would use at least a 15 because it lessens your chances of getting skin cancer. and you don't want that do you??? umm...you can use SPF in a tanning bed, it doesn't do you much good. i'd say, just use natural sun plus it's more enjoyable and it's less likely to give you cancer if you use sunscreen! :)

SPF is used to block the sun. You can't use SPF lotions in a tanning bed. They have lotions at the tanning salons that are really good.

You Should NEVER go to a tanning bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quote from the American Cancer Society... "Women who use tanning beds at least once a month increase there risk of skin cancer by 55%"!!!!!!!!! Not to mention wrinkles!! Try Airbrush Tanning!!! Not Mystic Tanning!!! If you are in the sun use at least SPF 35 You will still get tan!

as far as i know, tanning bed lotions do not contain spf...& u can`t use regular tanning lotion in the beds, because they contain ingredients (mineral oil, etc.) that damage the acrylic of the beds...most salons will actually check that u have the appropriate tanning-bed safe lotion before u go back to your cubicle to tan...
