MAC has a really good brown that when smudged makes blue-green eyes sparkle!

The trick is to be light handed and BLEND. Close your eye, start in the inside corner, lightly draw a line across the eye - even on the roots of the eyelashes. Keep the eye closed and use your (washed) little finger tip to blend inthe same direction.

Open your eye. Look up. Start on the inside corner and sweep the pencil across your eyes just under the eyelashes. Use your finger to smudge in the same direction.

Finish off by using a sponge to sweep under your eye up toward the outside edge of your eye. You want the eye to turn up at the corner to avoid the appearance of droopiness.

Have fun!

Ahh! I have the perfect answer for you! :) Lol. Alrighty, well it depends on the boldness of your makeup hun. I would suggest one of these two.

If you don't want to spend to much time on it: Use a light, shimmery pink shadow across the whole eye lid, and a light brown across the top of that color, jut above the lid. It gives the illusion that the eyes have a shadow hanging over then, and the contrast on the two colors really make the eyes stick out!

Now..what I do :) If you want to be more creative. (Sutler look)
Use almay's intense i-color trio for green eyes (about 4 bucks or so) Its a gorgeous combo. And not to complicated. You line the top and bottom of your eyes with the deeper shade of green. Then, brush the lighter shade across the lids. With the plum color, brush that along the top of the lids, not to dark! Just enough to see the color. Again, the light and dark colors really help together. Last, sweep a little of the lighter green right under your brow, it makes then look more arched.

I promise you, this combo will help tons!
This is what mine looks like.I love it, realy brings out my green eyes. :)

Most people who have blue-green eyes are admired because the color is so pretty!
If you have dark hair, try charcoal gray or black eyeliner. Make sure the line is very thin, and only do the outer 2/3 of your lower lid.
If you have light hair, use dark brown or navy eyeliner.
Start with a soft eyepencil or gel eyeliner. When you like the technique, advance to liquid ..
My son suggests purple [ he's an artist- good at colors].

Try just doing your lower eyelid, or just your upper. My eyes are round and they look weird if the top and bottom lids have eyeliner all the way around. use eyeshadow or something smudgy on the other lid. I have luck doing the bottom lid any darkish color, including dark gray, with the lid a lighter shade of the same color, or a neutral one. And when i do the upper, I do a white powder base first with dramatic black liquid eyeliner. blue is best accented with brown, usually, and green with purple or blue. gold kinda works for everyone! try legend by prestige at your local drugstore and smudge a gold shadow over it and your whole lid up to the crease and even past it, using your pinkie or something small for your bottom lid.

undemanding black consistently seems great. to boot to black, i like a dark burgundy or purple (MAC Macroviolet, Bobbi Brown Black Plum) or a dark ineffective night blue (Bobbi Brown Cobalt or Stila Plum) It additionally relies upon on the outfit you're donning and the final "seem", so flow elementary on the lips while you're carrying heavily made-up eyes!

i think you just need to get use to it just like my sister who doesn't wear eye liner on her bottom eyes when it will make her eyes stand out Have you tried other colors? like silver? gold? white? brown? brown will make it go together but if it seems a little wierd to you then you just need to get use to it see what your friends think about it if they're your real friend they wouldn't make you look stupid.
