I am 13 and my mom is very stricked. She won't let me wear make up go out with friends or pluck my eyebrows until I am 15. What do you people think should I be allowed a little make up or none at all? Is so how much and what?

My sister has got black marks on her face and neck after she put make up in a dancing contest in college,this was possible due to poor Quality of makeup used,we have at least consulted with 50 doctors,can any one please suggest if they have faced similar problem and have treated it.I am really worried about my sister.please help!!!

My neice is wearing eyeshadow, lipstick and having her eyebrows waxed,
is this acceptable for a 12 year old.
She does appear older than she is.
I just get concerned she is rushing into growing up too early,

Not trying to knock those that wear makeup, but I don't. I wore make up once and that was for my prom and I probably won't wear it again until I get married (undecided though). To me some women wear too much and then they just look like clowns. I've seen some women who look pretty without it. Me I'm comfortable with my skin, I do get zits, pimples and crap like that but I guess I just choose not to cover it up. In a few days it's gone anyway. My question to the guys do you think natural beauty or beauty that's made up? To the Ladies it's okay to wear it just tone it down some please.

Unfortunately I got and eye infection. I use smashbox brushes and anyone that uses them knows just how expensive they really are and I cannot afford to purchase all new eye make up brushes does anyone know of a way that I can sanitize them I already use a brush cleaner everyday...Please help!!!!

Who do you think makes the best brushes? I need a new concealer and new eyeshadow brushes, but too many to choose from!!! I like the new Sonia Kashuk gold collection at Target, but have never used her brushes. Kevyn Aucion's are supposed to be great....what do y'all think?
