I say MAC. I don't use lip liner but my friends all use MAC liners and they look wonderful. ;)

MAC Makeup is great and they have awesome lip liners in different colors.

already been said but mac is the best. Urban decay is good too. With these brands u deffo get what u pay for, whatever colour u choose i bet u will look fab!!
