With your light skin you really dont want to go over board and you don't want to make a change that is too drastic. I'd suggest maybe golds, olive greens and perhaps a bit of purple for some extra glam this holiday season. You dont wan't to go too dark with your colours, sometimes shades like midnight blue or dark green can be too much with your colouring especially if you dont apply it properlly. If you are looking to try something new and maybe a bit daring you could take a trip to one of your favourite make-up counters and the artists there will suggest colours and looks that will suit you, great for a change! Dior do little palettes with 5 colours and all the different shades when blended together properly can really look great and can give you a professional look. The palletes come in a variety of colours and if you even go to thier website they have a quick tutorial on how to use the product. If you are looking to use maybe brown tones Benefit have a product called "big beautiful eyes" that has a concealer in it and 3 different shades of eyeshadow from nude coloured to dark brown, it actually comes with an instruction booklet on ways to create a really fantastic look and these colours wont be stepping too much out of your comfort zone. Play around with colours when you're at home and see what suits you best, make-up is fun!

Blue eyes blonde hair you can wear pretty much anything. Its all how you were it and when.Parties you would look good with darker smoky look and black liner. During the day maybe some light to dark purples or playful pastels and like at work try pinks and browns with brown liner. And during the summer go for warmer colors like orange and pinks...

Start buying a tone up from your palette. Light pinks, peaches and even soft browns are all options. Then again you could buy a multi palette that offers a selection of colours.
Often, i place on a colour eyeshadow to match what i am wearing.

With your coloring, you can do just about anything! Try a pale grey with a hint of gleam.... or a clear light blue with silver liner. Seriously, you are just like a fine canvas...almost any color will suit. I like pale olive greens with a dark olive liner and tobacco brown mascara and brow color for day... and the blue or grey metallics for evening. Have a wonderful time! Happy Holidays!

For your complexion you could stick with pale shades like light green, pink or peach.
You can also use darker colours too like brown, copper, grey, purple and create a lightly smokey effect round your eyes.

The best color that will go with EVERYTHING is a 2-pack of Maybelline eyeshadow with a dark charcoal and light gray. Use the dark charcoal on the eye-lid and the lighter shade just below your eyebrow. I think you'll like it!

How about a trip to your favorite cosmetics aisle for a chat with one of the estheticians that work there? They can try different colors on you that will give you the best day and evening time choices to enhance those pretty blue eyes of yours!

a copper or a dark brown would be good, but since it sounds like you don't like wearing noticeable colors i would maybe go with a very pale pink that dosent look childish.
