I used to have a problem like that. Ok after you apply the liner, get a small brush a dip it in translucent powder, then sweep it over your liner.

Well, the reason your eyeliner is running is most likely because you have oily eyelids (which is quite common). Creamy pencil eyeliners although easy to apply tend to run because they are too smooth. The best advice is to purchase a waterproof eyeliner. This will last ALL DAY! It's the best invention ever made for pencil liner wearers. I don't know of any drug store brands but I know Mac makes a good waterproof pencil and so does Chanel (but they are pricey).

Liquid and crayon eyeliners don't run, but pencils do. I had the same problem. I use Revlon crayon and liquid eyeliner, and when I use it on my top lid it never runs and looks really good.

I use the CoverGirl eyeliner and it works really well and it stays on for a long time.

Yes there is. Stop using that brand and use Mary Kay. I am a Mary Kay beauty consultant. If you are interested, email me with your contact info.

What are you using to remove it? If you are using an oil based product your makeup won't last as long the next day...

I'm not sure, you might try putting powder directly under your eyes. or maybe a different product. I use Mary Kay and it works great.
