I would suggest using it seldomly. The granules in that scrub can leave tiny tears in the skins surface, allowing more dirt and bacteria to enter, causing more breakouts and black heads.

I have the apricot scrub and I use it maybe once a week if that. I heard that the almonds are too harsh of a scrub and can be too abrasive for your face. So I try to use it as often. Only when I feel my face needs it.

I wouldn't use apricot scrub at all. It's too harsh. As a rule a washcloth does enough exfoliating for your face. With a harsher scrub you could actually be doing more harm than good, especially if you have pimples.

I use the St. Ives every two or three days, no problems.

i use it daily on my face & body, because it`s very gentle, & my skin feels yucky if i go a day without...
