Hair - February 2007

I have noticed that SOME hairdressers give the same hairstyle to all the customers, their male clients in particular.

The guys come in and say what they want but with some hairdressers they just cut it how they want it.

I wonder, is this because the hairdresser likes guys to have this style or, is it because that's the style they do best?

Over the last few years I've been having a problem with hair loss, thinning out. Is there anything I should be taking,ie, vitamins. Is there anyway to make it come back. Could dyeing it cause the problem? I dye my hair about every 5 months.

I used L'Oreal hair colour and my hair fall is more than normal. Is it because of the hair colour I used ? If yes , please suggest some good brands that will not harm my hair but which can give me my favourite hair colour. Also if there are any herbal brands available, please tell me the names. I just want something that will not harm my hair and I also get to colour it.

a lot of the guys i know are wearing girl pants and are growing their hair long... i think its gross cuz its like they are trying to be girls? my boyfriend agrees with me, but his twin brother has long hair and wears girl pants (so do all of his friends) i just dont get it... do you?

It's auburn right now, but I've died it dark brown numerous times. Should I die it dark brown again.. or should I lighten up for the spring? Maybe a lighter auburn color?

Yes, I have very hairy, dark arms.
I know it is not unnatural or unique, but I dislike the look.
I have dark hair and I am not fond of bleaching - I don't want it to go wrong! Ppl say to wear long sleeves shirts if it goes wrong, but I cant b/c i wear a uniform and it calls for shortsleeves!
I don't like the look of hairless. People in my class always makes "shaved arms" jokes, so that is definitely not an option for me! I hate completely hairless.
But I was wondering whether it would still look natural if I shaved certain parts of my arms? Like the underarm of my forearm, or the top of my arm?! Please, please! I need opinions. thankyou so much!

i keep waking up with one eye swollen what could this be? it's also really dry on the eye lid when i wake up. i always fully remove my make up at night and never share make up with any one. it effecting my prize winning eyelashes - on one eye- i look like im squinting :(

Hai all,
I wanna know how to take care of the hair during winter.My hair is falling very badly...it has become thin and has become dry too & whenever I take head bath,the hair becomes very stiff anf i can feel static.I use conditioners,but it is not helping.any gud shampoos r remedies?

i can't decide on what hairstyle to use to a formal dance. i have a black, halter dress with a v neckline and it has silver glitter all over it. it goes down to my knees. i'm really tall for a girl, so i don't want to add height to the top of my head. my hair is layered and about 5 inches below my shoulders. it's naturally wavy/curly, but kinda frizzy too. =\ oh, and i have broad shoulders. also, any makeup ideas? =D
