vitamin a is the best supplement for your hair to stay healthy but not restore it so... It may be caused by the chemicals in some hair dyes or just old age.

I don't think the hair dye is causing it, that might be stress, genetics or lack of vitamins, try minoxidil lotion you can find it at any drug store or nioxin hair products also hair vitamins are good this you'll find them at a beauty supply.

Maybe dying it or..straightening it can really damage you hair so I would say just eat healthyer and use a good kind of shampoo. Hope I could Help!!

eat healthy not too much oily or fatty food
keep ur hair clean & dandruff free
try hot oil or hot tovel massage for ur head so that blood circulates and it certainly helps try it !
