I have very frizzy hair. I think it was cause by hair dyes. It is a nightmare. I have had luck using Bed Head Manipulator and Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Stick Wax. I need to wash my hair everyday using Bed Head and only every other day with Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Stick Wax. It's a little lighter. Don't put Bed Head in the heat or the sun cause it ruins the product. Good Luck!

Melissa had some good suggestions; probably the best thing to do is consult with a certified hair salon so that you get exactly what YOUR hair needs. You didn't ask, but you did include the info that your hair is long--perhaps a good trim/shaping would also help control the frizziness. Also, you didn't indicate that you are unhappy with your current hairstyle, but since you included the info that your face is rather round, I heard a secondary question there. Round faces generally are not flattered by long hair. That said, there are exceptions, of course. Leaving the hair longer in the back and layering it around the face may give you the best effect without having to sacrifice the overall length. Again, consult with a qualified stylist.

If your hair is frizzy - it's usually due to the fact that it's very dry, as well as damaged from constant blow-drying and styling. Start by using a restorative shampoo & conditioner (Dove has GREAT products for this.) If you can, lay off the blowdrying for awhile; let your hair air dry before you straighten or curl it. Since you said your face is kind of fat, you may want to consider getting some layers cut into your hair. It'll compliment your face, as well as "thin out" your thick frizzy hair - which will make it alot more managable.
