you should go back immediatley and get in rinsed out. the chemicals could still be in there and burning your scalp. you may need to put some aloe on the area, or hopefully there is some special product out there that will take care of that. i've had something like this happen (peices of my hair were stuck together), and i had to pay another 20 dollars to get my hair washed and roller set at another salon. oh AND i wouldn't recommend a japanese straightener if you have african-american hair...it is not made for our hair types, and it will be a bigger mistake to opt for that.

Just shampoo it 2 or 3 times, usually after a relaxer the hair becomes that way, Next time I recommend you to get a Japanese thermic relaxer, its more gentle and it will gives you a natural and better results.

Use some petroleum jelly or some kind of moisteriser on that area. Either the relaxer was left on too long or it was too strong for your hair. Chemical burns for relaxers can led to hair and scalp damage, so be careful.

Wait it out a few more days. If after, lets say 3 more days it's still all stiff, go back to the salon, they have products that can relax the stiffness, but it will cost u, and is damaging to your hair.

For me, i'm organic ( no longer chemically dealt with) yet I positioned on my hair flat ironed right away with a bend on the ends lots of the time. This coiffure on me is setting up in any challenge - the two professionally and individually. on each and every occasion I positioned on my hair curly, it relatively is often moist and pulled back in a soft and soft updo. adult men discover that appealing on me besides. So, i assume this is purely a toss up!

what kind of relaxer is that? do you mean its laying flat to yourr scalp and doesnt move? That sounds like they didnt completely get the relaxer out and you may need to wash that again....call them and tell them that, and then have them re-wash your hair...
