Hair fall help needed?

Hai all,
I wanna know how to take care of the hair during winter.My hair is falling very badly...it has become thin and has become dry too & whenever I take head bath,the hair becomes very stiff anf i can feel static.I use conditioners,but it is not helping.any gud shampoos r remedies?
please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the reasons of hail fall is dry hair, which gets worse in winter. So, use oil . Shampoo it once in 15 days.
1) In a half glass luke warm water mix the shampoo and apply the solution to your hair. Donot apply shampoo directly! Always mix it with water. Before applying the shampoo solution remember to wet your hair with water. The shampoo solution easily goes to your scalp and acts quickly and effectively, It is also soothing to your hair.
2) comb your hair as many times as possible. Around 15 to 20 times a day is advised. Most people are afraid of combing owing to hair fall. But combing is an effective tool to stimulate the hair follicles which would augment hair growth and health. Though initially hair fall will be there bacause of combing but after a few days it will come down. Remember to use a pocket comb with wide space between its teeth. Closely packed teeth of a comb increases the hair fall.
3)You can always consult a dermatologist regarding further help.

you know... your hair produces a natural oil, by itself, due to glands... by which temperature 'catalyses' the stimulus. but however, in winter... your hair tends to be brittle since your skin doesnot produce sufficient of this natural oil... thus what i propose you is that try some oil or hair foods/conditioner... furthermore, donot wash hair so much in winter would do a trick!!!! thankz!
