Yes, I have very hairy, dark arms.
I know it is not unnatural or unique, but I dislike the look.
I have dark hair and I am not fond of bleaching - I don't want it to go wrong! Ppl say to wear long sleeves shirts if it goes wrong, but I cant b/c i wear a uniform and it calls for shortsleeves!
I don't like the look of hairless. People in my class always makes "shaved arms" jokes, so that is definitely not an option for me! I hate completely hairless.
But I was wondering whether it would still look natural if I shaved certain parts of my arms? Like the underarm of my forearm, or the top of my arm?! Please, please! I need opinions. thankyou so much!

hmm...maybe shave the under part of your forearm, then maybe just trim the hair on top to where its shorter? i wouldnt shave them , because it would grow back thick and darker. maybe wax them if cutting it down isnt what you want. theres really no other options...sorry hun!

NO NO NO shaving. It feels terrible if you have prickly arms. True if you do wax it the hair comes out from the root and the more you wax it the fewer the hairs grow back, as it disrupts the root system. It's getting to that point that will take a few waxings if you can stand the regrowth. Yes you can use barber clippers, but go to a barber shop . They can clip them the first time and give you pointers on maintaining a good length without looking like spikes in your arms.
However...If you line guys up with and wihtout hairy arms, I'dsay hairy arms look more masculine and it feels good to touch a man's hairy arm
ASSUMING you are a man because you mentioned the hair on the underside of your forearm.
Why don't you ask some of your friends (girls) what they think.

If I were you I would use hair removal. It wouldn't hurt like the pain of waxing, nor will it thicken or darken your hair if you waxed it. I don't see the point in bleaching other than lighting the hair, PS: it is still there. I use Feet hair removal and it works great! My legs are now super soft. You can also try Nair. Hair removal is fast unlike waxing, shaving, or bleaching( It works in just 3 min.s!). You can buy these products at Walmart or Target. The prices range, but they are about 6 bucks to get some. Best of luck to you!

Don't shave what ever you do! Trust me it grows back worse, darker and more coarse. Bleach depending on your pigment of shin could be possible, keep up up on it is a pain. So waxing is your best bet "IF" you just have to because you "HAVE" to.
I share your annoyance however I learned to except it, love my self for all flaws, and if people make comments of it, this is due to some sort of masking their own insecurity. Are you gonna be a model? Or on TV? They got people and companies to pay for electrolysis if need be. But natural is beautiful!

NEVER shave!!... if you do the hair will become darker and thicker. I really suggest waxing. After waxing a couple of times the hair becomes more rare and looks natural. You can even wax at home if it is cheaper.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are “permanent” hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that you are a guy. In that case, perhaps you could try to trim your hairy arms using a beard trimmer.
It is inexpensive, efficient and you can control the length of the hair.
Good Luck!

Try peroxide to help bleach the color of hair. Talk to doctor and a good beautician first before doing anything that may irritate your skin tho.

Trim it with a beard trimmer than shave it with a Norelco men's electric razor.
