I tried lightening my hair a shade or too and the box said to keep the dye on for 30 minutes, i left it on for 10 minutes and my hair has turned white with a coppery tinge (im a natural ash blonde)

Is there any way of darkening it down at home?

It's gotta be the most depressing thing in the world. Some may read this and think im just some stupid kid, but, believe me, if you had this problem you would feel as horrible as I do. I've even felt suicidal thoughts over this. It seems silly, but it's really hard to cope with something that is so unfair. I'm freaking 16, I noticed the balding when I was 15, and my hair has always been thin before that. My dad's side of the family has been bald as far back as it goes. Even my sister has really thin hair.

I don't know what to do anymore, I try and just cut it real close but that just makes it look bald all the time. When it's long then I feel as if it's gonna move a little and my scalp will show. I have so much anxiety over this and it's always on my mind. I feel so ugly and just odd. Once in a while, one of my friends will point it out, just jokingly, but that is one of the sharpest barbs.
I really just want some advice, or if youve heard of others liek this anything

my hair is long dark blond, frizzy, extremely thick, wavy and knots like crazy. I don't know what to do to style it so i look good, if i dry it strait after a few hours its frizzy if i scrunch it i goes flat halfway through the day and is stiif, would a merm help? please help me

For about three months now, my hair has been falling like crazy. Ok, I have had curly hair all of my life. I'm thinking of changing it once the fall sports season is done. It is shoulder-length curly hair, and I was thinking of getting it permanently straightened. I can't really decide anymore because my friends all have mixed feelings as to straight or not straight, and my boyfriend liked it when it was straight for Homecoming.
