My hair fall rate ranges from 50 - 70 strands each time I wash it. I recently got a haircut hoping it would help. What home made remedies can help me? I am currently using a hair tonic for the past month, not much changes...

I HAD THAT PROBLEM WHEN I WAS IN MY LATE TEENS. NOW MY HAIR IS THICK AND SHINEY, LIKE FROM A SHAMPOO COMMERCIAL. I WILL TELL U THE SECRET:OK, HERE'S WHAT TO DO!EVERY TIME BEFORE WASHING UR HAIR, APPLY PURE COLD-PRESSED ALMOND OIL. MASSAGE INTO UR SCALP AND UR ROOTS. THEN PUT A PLASTIC BAG AND A TOWEL ON UR HEAD TO KEEP THE MOISTURE IN. STAY LIKE THAT AT LEAST FOR 15-20 MINUTES. THEN WASH UR HAIR LIKE U USUALLY DO, USE A CONDITIONER ALSO. THE LAST RINSE OF UR HAIR SHOULD BE WITH 2 TBSP OF VINEGAR MIXED WITH 2 GLASSES OF WARM WATER. THE VINEGAR NEUTRALISES EVERY LEFT OUTS OF HAIR PRODUCTS THAT CAN HARM UR HAIR. THE RESULTS APPEAR RIGHT AWAY BY MAKING UR HAIR SHINIER THAN EVER. ALMOND OIL IS THE STRONGEST KNOWN NATURAL STIMULANT FOR GROWING OF NEW HAIR !!! IT WORKS!! U JUST HAVE TO BE PERSISTENT!!!

u shouldput nourishment back in ur body that means start eatting ur vegies and fruit especially protien

ur hair needs protein

the reason ur hair is falling out is because u crashed diet u stressed ur body out causin your hair to fall out due to lack of vitamins and protein

istart taking vitamin E for one and there is another vitamin to promote healthy hair and nails...i know these do help....you need some vitamins that you are not getting by all the crash dieting...i do not eat the way i should either....i use to be anorexic but i am not now....but these vitamins will help you...

eat right! eat more protein (milk, meat) and iron (you could buy a pan that has iron in it, making each food fried in it full of iron) and do not ever ever ever starve your self. Dont wash your hair as often, that might keep it in.
