I have dark upper lip hair and I know its becuase I shaved it once and now i don't know what to do because I tryed wax and it irritates my skin and i was woundering if there was another method that i could do at home so that i won' be teased for having a stash!

I have long dark brown hair, a little darker than my avatar. I was wondering if I get streaks what would the best color be, I want a color that complements my skin tone. I have short bangs(someone else is thinning those (my hairstylist today) but I clip my own ends, because I have no time to make it to hair salon, and maintanance is key for growing it out, my hair is straight back with the short bang, any tips?
