I have thin hair and only 17...it's kinda damaged but wth...
I haven't straightened it or dyed it in a long long time...many girls do more damage and have better hair than me? and grows more??

What are you eating?

I'd say you should definitely eat more protein. Get your hair trimed is THE best way to get your hair to grow faster. Also, if you have fine thine hair, you might want to use a good volumizing shampoo AND conditioner.

its just genetics you're jus like that, you have delicate hair. try having more vitamin E, that makes hair grow thicker, healthier, and faster.
