i think you should dye it lightish brown with some sort of highlights in it - i presonally like blonde bits in my hair but random highlights all starting from different lengths - not all the same from root to tip

for me it depends upon the girl. Like I might notice a girl with black hair as well as think she is totally hot yet see a girl with blond tresses that is meh and vice versa.

if you have tan skin, try the shades of red, mahogony mixed with brown, blacks...highlighted mix is often better than single shades.
lighter colours....be careful!!
