I have extremely thick hair, a normal haircut just doesn't work, it sticks up after I wash it, when it's dry it's so thick. I wear a hat, but when I go into places where a hat is unexceptable I am embarrassed. Any ideas on how to tame it. It is naturally wavy

My 12 year old daughter cut her hair without permission but it actually looks pretty good! I don't know weather i should make her cut it for punishment or let her keep it! And if i did decide 2 punish her how short should i go? Her hair is like 5 inches short of being to her waist!

i dyed my hair black a month or two ago. i have done this before and it always faded back to dark to medium brown even though i always used permanent dye, but this time it's not fading at all! i now have med brown roots and the rest is black. How can i get the black out? I am trying to bleach it (i have the bleach in my hair as i type this in fact) but it looks like parts are still black. Do i try bleaching again, or can i try dying it brown now, and will the brown hair color come out a funny color if i dye it after bleaching it? I just want to go back to my normal color and i don't really have money to go to a professional.

I'm going as Jessica Rabbit for my friend's fancy dress party. My hair is too long to go under a wig so I'm dying it and styling it. I don't want to have to ask my hairdresser to style it for me as it will cost a bomb. So does anyone out there know how to style hair into the infamous 'peek-a-boo' hairstyle as I would like to style it myself????

Just recently used a peroxide based bleaching cream to go from a drak brown colour to blonde. Had two sessions of 45mins to get to this colour. Wanted to know what products or methods could i use to get the yellowish colour i'm left with out, so i'm left with white hair.

Hey. I colored my hair yesterday but it didn't come out in the right shade. It's wasn't a permanent color. It would only last through 28 washes. I wan't to re-color my hair today. The coloring I would be using is a shade darker and it will only last through 28 washings also. Is this safe for my hair? Thanks.
