Be very very careful! Black dye is the worst color to try and modify. I would not recommend bleaching it a second time. From what I've seen, overbleaching will cause the hair cuticle to "blow up", making your hair very dry and damaged. Then, when you go back to color over it, the color doesn't "take" and you end up with a weird ashy, mottled color. After you rinse out the bleach, I'd recommend drying it a very dark brown to disguise the roots and gradually work your way back to your natural color, waiting 2 weeks between each process, so as not to kill your hair!

You don't use bleach to remove color, you use hair color remover,it's not the same thing. Well, now I'm wondering how the bleach came out on your hair. Hopefully okay. I hope you didn't put it on all your hair at the same time,if you did ,I'm thinking your roots will be lighter. Anyways, when you do put brown over it,do not put an ash color right over it,it will turn green. Your probably going to need to use a red filler with the brown hair color. Good luck, I hope everything is turning out okay.

well as previously said black is very hard to get out . the more u color over it the more pigments going to stay in there. GO TO A STYLIST!! PUT IT ON THE CREDIT CARD ! but you can try this color correction your self, i see u already have bleach on it ,do this, dilute your bleach solution with shampoo work it into the dark areas ONLY do not put it on ur roots, watch it, and when u see it turning orange, wash it out, then apply a no peroxide color, like beautiful browns by Clairol available at sally's beauty supply.if u have already put the bleach on ur roots the beautiful browns will cover it. by the way i am a professional!

Wow, I would suggest you wash your hair everyday for a week with Prell shampoo.......It really cleans deep...................Just wash it, no conditioner...............After a full week you should notice your hair lightening up..... You should be able to dye your hair again, but to be on the safe side,,,why not call the company on the back of the color you are going to use and ask their advice..........Or call a beauty shop and beg for advice..Sometimes they won't give out ideas because they want you to come in....If you do this too many time you are going to fry your hair(make it real frizzy) and hard to work with.Good luck.

Girl please stop. If it's not too late just use a light ash brown coloring on it. If it is already bleached you need to get toner that is close to you natural color, probably a little darker. Good Luck
