It all depends on what you want...it's funny i see this question...i'm about to get my hair weaved...(extensions) whatever you want to call it lol! U have to buythe hair first which can bew anywhre from $20 to $100 mine cost 25 each i need to packs bcuz i wnt it to look full and i bought human hair it's prettier...

then u have to p[ay the stylist...that is gonna cost me $80 so my total is about $135. but again it depends on the style and the person thats gonna do it for you. sum ppl charge like 120 to get what i want done i just got lucky with this stylist :)

I got mine from my guy friend who does hair. He charged me $600 and it took 12hrs. I would have cost about $1,100 if I wasn't friends with him. Anyways, it depends on the kind of extensions. The most expensive are the human hair ones and they individually glue them to each strand. You can get synthetic hair too. The cheapest way is to go with "rails." It is a strip of synthetic hair that is glued directly to your scalp with special glue. It's quick, easy and you can get a friend to do it for you. Just go to a local beauty supply store. Or, you can try Jessica Simpson's Hair Do... at home extensions. Another tip is just to get a consultation. or go here http://www.customhairclips.com/
