I'm a guy with very dry wavy hair.
Does anyone know of any shampoos, gels or products that I can use to get smooth straight hair?

you need to use a ceramic flat iron and some shine serums...if your hair is not really long you should get a 1" iron so it is easier to handle

Use an anti-frizz product, a flat paddle brush and a 2000watt hair-dryer.

Divide hair into 2cm sections from the nape of the neck, then apply the anti-frizz.

Using the brush and keeping your hair-dryer nozzle pointing down, dry each section completely, working up to the crown.

Then, if your hair tends to frizz, repeat the procedure with a straightening iron. Finish the look with a light spritz of spray shine.

Tip: give straight hair an edge with a low, side or dead-centre part.

u kno how there are certain shampoos for colors of hair out there, well the same is for types. if you go to a near store that sells shampoo and hair products and look in the shampoo alse for straightening shampoo, you'll most likely find it. you can use that and a hot set straightening spray with straightening iron and you'll have smooth, straight hair

Step 1: First of all wash your hair, for your type of hair i would recommend that you use a dry/damaged labelled shampoo as it adds moisture to the hair which is a step further to getting the perfect style.
Step 2: After washing your hair and towel drying it apply the dry/damaged conditioner to you hair, leave for 3 minutes and then wash out with cold water, use cold water as it smooths the hair cuticle which will prevent frizzing to your style.
Step 3: softly towel dry your hair leaving it slightly wet, leave your hair to dry till it's damp.
Step 4: Apply a straightening cream such as tresemme or sunsilk then blow dry your hair using heat spray for protection and shine Use a blow drying brush for this.
Step 5: After you have finished blow drying you hair apply straightening cream such as tony and guy. Then straighten your hair in small sections using tony and guy heat protection iron spray. after you have straightened your hair and styled it spray with lee staford shine spray.

The result will be smooth straight hair, give it a go!

I am not a guy but I do have demonic wiggly hair . Try charles worthington smoothing serum but only use a little it's fab and works well but you will need straighteners too for a really smooth look.

Paul Mitchell great skinny serum! I swear by potential of it! It makes your hair sooo gentle & mushy. It additionally makes your hair dry speedier once you blow dry & it protects your hair from the flat iron. great stuff! it truly is around $sixteen whether it lasts continuously given which you in easy terms desire a drop each and every time you utilize it. you do no longer desire to apply to plenty or it truly is going to sense greasy.try it, you will like it!

John Frieda products are amazing! They have alot of steps but its totally worth it! There are shampoos, conditioners, serums, and anti-frizz creams. They aren't even that expensive either!

Guys usually use a slim plate hair straightener. You could also consider feeding your hair with all the right nutrients.
