Have you ever wanted to change something to make yourself more beautiful and you know you can? I have a problem where i want to do something to change how i look, its kinda major and im afraid that people will notice and in a bad way. like they will know i got rid of something....?any advice?

I have this problem with the way i walk. you see the thing is, is that i am a gurly girl. i dress like one, i talk like one, i am one. but everytime i walk i "mission walk" like my friend says. which means that i walk like i am on a mission. and my mom says i walk like i wanna kick some ones butt. which makes me look like i am a *****
which i dont want. so do you guys have any ideas on how i can train myself to walk like a girly girl. cuz i am sick of doing it! thanxs!!!!

I'm thinking maybe this is not the best way to alter patterns. I say that b/c every Jo-Ann's store I've called for the 'basic' pattern, the person asks me...you want to make a what? Toile. (Twall) In short, you use the 'basic' pattern to create a 'body print' of yourself. From there you can alter any pattern to your exact measurements. What do you think? Worth it?

i've been cutting myself for two weeks now. i'm trying to stop but i can't. im trying to b happy. to make myself happy but it's not work. i used to eat when im depressedd and stressed out but now i cut myself. it all started when i had a fight with my math teacher and he transfered out from all my classes. i hate my class now. i had friends and great teachers in my old class. but now everyonein this class is dumb ( because they are lazy) and they are so bitter. they don't want me in their class and i noe it. they are so mean . this girl even hit me with a paper towel roll. at home, things are rough too. my mom gave my room to my uncle so i have to sleep in the same room as my dad and my sister. and the room links to my mom's room which is the only way to get out. i never get any privacy. everytime my uncle comes home, i hate it. i feel that he has stolen my room. my privacy. my dad curse at me all the time. even though im so used to it, i still find it annoying. and i compare myself to

twice I have lived in oregon seperated by a year and when I move there I get really bad itchy scalp, no dandruff. could it be because I always put my hair up and it takes a long time to dry because of the dampness here, could it produce something on my scalp that makes it itch so bad?

Any Ideas? My hair is medium/long and really thick, kinda poofy, and a little wavy in the middle. I can't stand spending too much time on my hair, as I get frustrated easily, so the simpler the better. I've always liked curls, but I can't use a curling iron to save my life! help?

I just got my nose pierced about 2 weeks ago and I'm starting to look for an everyday wear nose ring. There are so many options. The nose screw, the nose ring, the stud, the corkscrew, and the flex ones. I know every ones taste is different but what has worked for you? I want something that is real gold, a small stone and something that I can sit inside my nose without me having to worry about it coming out. Cost and insertion pain isn't an issue.

see that hairstyle the girl's wearing? i've been thinking about getting that style for awhile now. only thing holding me back is that i'm african american, so as you can probably guess, my hair is textured differently than the woman's in this pic. [and yes, i know the typical african american wouldn't really go for a hairstyle like this, but i guess i have a thing for crossing the line?] so i guess what i'm really looking for is any opinions on whether or not you think this would work for my hairtype, how "extreme" i should go with the layers as a first timer, etc... im sick of my hair. its frizzy mixed race hair and if i have it curly its totally unruly and so i straighten it with ghds which looks nice at first but as soon as a bit of wind or rain or even damp air hits it .....frizz again worse than if it was curly!!!

I live in Bergen county Ramsey NJ next to Rockland county NY I am willing to go 100 miles for someone that will get my tatoo perfect. I have waitied for 5 yrs to be sure, and I'm hoping to have it Jan12th 2007 for my birthday.
