I've always worn trainers and flat shoes, but there are some really funky boots out there but they have heels? So how can I get used to wearing heels without killing the muscles in my feet (and I've tried foot cushions and they were useless..).

i accidentally hit it during the nite which caused it 2 move up an i didnt even realize till i woke up and found it sticking up w/ the inside layer healed!! well i pushed it bak in an i decided 2 clean it up w/ a q-tip w/ sum alchohol on it cuz there was also dry blood at the top. i think it swelled up again?? im not sure an i dont want it 2 lead 2 infection. will sum 1 help me?
