it seems like it would be possible, just taking some of the tissue out of your lips. don't do it though! i have small lips and its not fun!

Yes it is possible, consult a cosmetic surgeon,he will do the needful work, BUT please be what way GOD created us. Use lipstick with liners pencils to look your lips thin, it works,avoid surgery, Use make up tricks that can alter your face, With pencils draw your lips as thin and fill the lipstick in between, Do not go for surgery

No. Even if some surgeon says it is possible he/she is just fooling you to make money out of you. To look your lips thin the best choice is consult a good beautician and she will give you tips as how to use lipstick to make your lips look thin. This is safe and cheapest way.

Yes- they can remove collagen from your lips- but I don't know why you'd want to. A lot of people go in to have them made bigger!!

it is possible.but it would be slightly painful.they might shave off a little bit of ur lips and then stitch them inside.but a more expensive remedy is laser surgery.ur choice matters.
