I got a haircut recenty becus my hair is naturally curly and kinda thick..it was too much to deal with every morning so I got a haircut. All my friends agreed that it was the best thing to do..but I'm not sure. Before it was down my back I got it cut to my shoulders, but becus my hair is curly..it bounces up, and looks kinda ugly. But I couldn't help it! I had split ends before and it looks healthier now..but everyone keeps saying, "Oh its soo cute" or "Its adorable!" BUT thats not exactally the look I was going for. "Cute" is kiddish, I wanted "Hott". Any suggestions how to make it look less blah? It's tame, but boring...what could I do to spice it up? It doesn't even all fit in a ponytail! Help please?!

I'm going to buy some because some people said it would help with my dark cicles and baggy eyes, but i just wanna know what it is exactly, and what kinds you recommend. It goes on the lid but also a bit on the lash. It is a really nice deep vibrant blue. I have only seen it on some girls and have no idea where they get it from! I've tried buying the Almay blue mascara but it is too dark and looks black.
