I've personally never have seen this or ever have done this...but I think suspenders attached to a skirt would look stupid.

No, unless you are on the cover of a magazine. I think it looks like the girl is trying to hard to be stylish. Most of the time, I don't think it works.

its one of the stupidest fashions ever, on par with wearing clothes backward. suspenders are to hold your pants up, not to sit around your hips uselessly
