My son keeps looking at girls underwear and laughing and pulling his sisters pants down and laughing i warn him he'll lose stuff he dont care he just keeps doing it should i dress him up like a girl for a day?

OK, do never dress him up as a girl, hes a BOY, this would have physiological implications. You don't say how old your son is, but if hes very young then just tell him how inappropriate it is and that it's rude. Hes probably just fascinated with girls. Failing that take him to see child shrink, hope this helps. Try not to make such a huge issue out of this or it could cause long term problems later in life.

Dressing him up like a girl would be humiliating, so don't do that!
Tell him that he must stop what he's doing, that it's not nice. If he doesn't, then put him in his room. Take something away from him that he likes.
You don't mention his age. Not having that info makes it hard to know what consequences you should use. But humiliating him is not the answer.

why don't you do the same to him, exspecially if he has a friend over, maybe if he gets embarassed he'll stop. and when he does it take some privilage away from him. until he does. and why not dress him like a girl and take him to the stores and show him off. good luck.
