Besides genetics, take control of what you can. Smoking ages skin faster than anything, including the sun. Hydrate properly, if not water, then juice, or milk.

Cleanse your face daily with a gentle soap. Something that is non fragrance and moisturising. At least once a week, use an exfoliating scrub.

Don't wear heavy makeup all the time, if you do, make sure you use oil free and non waterproof products. (they are much more difficult to remove and will clog your pores) . Never go to bed without removing your makeup.

And finally, moisturize, moisturize, moisturize: use an oil free, spf-15 minimum product. Oil of Olay makes a great daily moisturizer, but there are loads of options available.

Don't forget the rest of your body either. Use a loofah in the shower to exfoliate, and a good body lotion. Try to stay out of the sun, but as always, use sunscreen when you can't.

The answers are pretty much the same as already stated.

Don't DRINK.
Don't SMOKE.
Stay OUT of the SUN and wear a minimum of SPF15.
Drink plenty of WATER.
WASH your face morning and night....use the right skincare products for YOUR skin...not because some celebrity or other has endorsed it or you get a specific free gift! Get free professional advice from beauty counters...don't just go to one (they'll want you to buy their products)...go to several for an overall view.

It all seems very boring, but I often get people saying that I look years younger than I am (and it's not because of genes...both my parents smoke and drink), it's because I LOOK AFTER my skin!

EXFOLIATING is also a good way to clear the pores for fresh looking skin.
Plenty of undisturbed SLEEP helps too as does EXCERCISE.
EAT the right foods. The old adage 'you are what you eat' is so true.

You can have great looking skin....you just need to look after it!

Good genes are the first blessing
Second is staying out of the sun and wearing sunscreen from childhood.
Third drinking lots of water to keep the skin hydrated and plump.
Good skin starts on the inside.

hi, the key to perfect skin is drink at least eight glasses of water a day, make sure you wash your face twice a day preferably with someething that contains milk and/or honey. dry your face properly with a clean towel DO NOT rub your face dry just pat it gently. then use some exvoliator, then dry your face - again pat don't rub and finish off with a face cream Nivea works well. treat yourself to a face mask, you can buy them for £1 from ASDA or make your own - mash up a avacado & a banana.

Drinking plenty of water and staying out of the sun. I also have found that pure coconut oil mixed with your favorite face moisturizer gives your skin a nice healthy glow.

you need to drink 8 cups of water each day. use exfoliation (St. Ives Apricot Scrub). WEAR SUNSCREEN everyday. wash your face in the morning and at night. use the right facewash so you don't dry out your face (or still leaves it dirty and oily). I use Clean and Clear for sensitive skin. oh, and be sure not to touch your face too much with your fingers since the oil and dirt isn't the best thing for your face.

Genes.

Using sunscreen and drinking water are good. Also eating right, and healthy habits like exercising, not smoking and using good skin care products help too.

Don't use make up unless you are going out somewhere special. I have always had a good complexion and don't look as old as i am (so i keep being told), i only ever wear make up to go out to a special event. It just blocks all your pores and doesn't do any good keep scrubbing away at your face. So go natural.

Being a perfect human being. Failing that, good hygiene, and, since we are what we eat, a diet that make good skin tenditious.
