How do I actually block it. Do I shout out things like "Go upstage" or something?

Here's a sample scene I have to block:

Person 1: So,what happened?

Person 2: What do you mean,what happened?

Person 1: Are you alright?

Person 2: I don't know.

Person 1: Well, do you want to talk about it?

Person 2: I'm not sure I ever want to talk about it.

Person 1: Sure.I wouldn't want to either.

Person 2: I'm gonna just forget it ever happened.

Person 1: Alright.

I've wanted to act for about for years now and if my mom would have got me acting lessons the minute I wanted them I probably would have been really good. She says we don't have the money so I have been looking on the internet to find someways to make myself better. I even tried out for my school's play Alice in Wonderland - I got the part of a storyteller and that's like the second main part but my mom still doesn't care!! Is there anyway you can help me!??

I'm 16 years old and I've recently become interesting in acting. However I'm worried that it's too late for me to start. I don't do Drama at my school and I've never attended a drama class outside of school. Many drama schools (e.g. stagecoach) accept students up to 16 and the classes for older students appear to be for more advanced students. So is it too late for me to begin drama classes (as I have no experience) and maybe continue it as a career option?

I really want to become an actress. I would like to know as much information as possible on how to become successful in it also. I am kinda looking to start off in a comedy for my goal. I want to get into the drama clubs and whatnot but i am not really sure how.. do i just show up and ask if i can participate. I can really commit myself to this - it is my passion but i only had a couple school plays and that was all elementary like 6th grade. Anyway I am 15 now and wont give up. What is a good idea for a one act play?
It should be something basically easy, because i should be able to act it out with friends in class
no romances, to awkward
comedies, drama, murders, parodies all good game!

also, relatively easy to develop, since i have to write it
not to easy, i do like a challenge!

i need to be fake slapped in a play. the person slapping me says it is best for him to brush his hand by me and other person on stage claps as he does so. i say it is best if he puts one hand near my cheek (the cheek away from the audience) and as he goes to slap me hit his hand instead. which of these is better, is tere any other better way?

i have to memorise 21 lines from shakespere's Romio and Juliet by thursday. i only have 4 lines memorised because it was assigned today and i'm REALLY bad at memorising things. normally, i would write the lines over and over until i get it, but it took a page and way too much time for me to learn the 4. help? any really great tips?

That's what I want to know. I wanna act, but I seek TV Series or Movies, not Drama though. Could anyone help me giving directions of wich course I should take and in wich College or State so I can get what I want?
I'm a international student from Brazil and it's really though getting that kind of information through the Internet. It'd be a lot easier to get that kind of information through real people who have been through the same situation or work with this.
