(I found this while going through the filing cabinet, written when I was 11, TyGuys age *^_^* my first story, thought I'd share}

"I Can Have A Pony Anytime"

I Can Have A Pony Anytime
Mom and Dad say.....
"Wait till you are older"
(but, I brought a pony in the house)
They don't even know it!
He has big brown eyes
A long soft tail
Black hair on his neck
And the rest of him is brown
He answers to the call of "Uno"
(that means number one in Spanish)
I can have a pony anytime
All I have to do is.....
Close my eyes
and fall asleep
Zzzzzzzzzzzz
"Hi Uno!"

Run Along

You
you can
you can be
anything you want
aside
from who
I am

just
just wait
wait and see
brush off my troubles
runaway
from who
I am

{'cause you don't need me anymore
I'll hold you back
I'll let you down
go on without me child

I'm a "mess" up

floating in hades
about to drown

in
my
own
prison

cell's
open

run along}

don't
don't trail
trail behind
so much awaits you
stay in school
away
from who
I am

death
death awaits
your calling
and he'll laugh
as you are falling
straight
into who
I am

{no, you don't need me anymore
I'll hold you back
I'll let you down
go on without me child

I'm a "mess" up

Thou Shall Never Know....

Secretes I hide
locked tight inside
If only I
chance to comply

A bitter wish
I wish for thee
A dream I dream
most secretly

One of the pleasures
maybe pain?
After exposure
we speak again?

Sinful yes,
blasphemous?
Yes, I admit
it does break trust

Still, he
who doesn’t know
I fear to show,
(just turn and go)

I thought,
perchance that I?
was so bold?
now I deny

Someone I seek
I’ve never told
so sadly
thou shall never know.......

We all dressed up for Halloween
My wife looks like a dance hall queen
She says to get a real good treat
You need a look that can't be beat

So we went to a costume party
I think some went to party hearty
So when you think you've seen it all
I think you missed this costume ball

The party had a rule in place
That in the end you show your face
Well my wife was drinking her red wine
And she was feeling really fine

So when came time for show and tell
My wife yells out Oh what the hell
She started dancing on a table
But she was drunk and wasn't able

I quess the room was spinning round
And off that thing she did come down
Just where she landed I can't say
But by his smile it made his day

Then what she said made his face read
I think she thought she was in bed
She says she thinks she isn't ready
She justs wants her litte teddy

poisoned

Please listen to me, and hear what I've done,
I have decieved, I've denied the son.
I'd like to shout it, if given the chance,
Not all on this earth, is just happenstance.

Standing on both feet, recieving my fate,
I try to remember, how I came to hate.
I must have been crazy, completely insane,
If anyone knows me, I know about pain.

This could be my last, chance to survive,
I need to figure, How to stay alive.
Suicidal thoughts now, creep into my mind,
Now I have done it, I've been so damn blind.

I am but a child, but ready to die,
My parents are gone, no one hears my cry.
I don't really want to, but I've poisoned my blood,
Now death it surrounds me, just like a flash flood.

good-bye

Frail am I, but still with desire,
Old and wise, but God I'm so tired.
I dream of you, lying right next to me,
Trying so hard, figuring what not to be.

I'm totally beaten, but no sleep tonight,
My eyes burning red, as I hold you tight.
Sleep precious angel, Sleep while you can,
Even though I am older, I am still a man.

Will you remember, all the words that we said,
As we made our way, up and into our bed.
You dream tonight, as I yearn for more,
Slowly I drift off, not wishing for war.

Swallow the taste, that you once craved deep,
In my bitter blood, you lay in your sleep.
Closing my eyes, I kiss you good-bye,
You just roll over, not even a sigh.

What is love?
That you are so fond of. .

What is life?
That makes it worth living. .

What is experience?
Compared with age. .

Hurt and pain,
Have filled my days,

Finding my smile,
Like sunshine,
At the end of each day,
The sun sets,

Night comes,
Joy & laughter,
Taken with the day,
Lost in the night,

The sun shines,
For one day,
Then vanishes,

As the seasons,
summer is here,
Winter freezes it over,

What is life?
All comes to an end,
The season leaves,
The sun goes down,

What is meant to last?
You can take the physical,
From within my grasp,
You can bind my soul,
Break my spirit,
Destroy my will,
that says live, breath,
Find a reason to be brutal,
Destory the strings of my heart,

enemy so free and strong,
In the end,
I'm not bound,
by sorrow nor grief,

Alive in my mind,
As sprinkles of rain,
admist a drout,
My mind,
Freedom of thought.

what's your favorite poem?

Mine is Sonnett 116 by William Shakespeare

Oh let me not to the marriage of true minds admit impediments. Love is not love which alters when it alteration finds, or bends with the remover to remove. No it is an ever fixed mark, which looks on tempests, and is never shaken. It is the star to every wandring bark, whos worth unknown, although his height be taken. Love's not time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks within his bending cycle's compass comes. It altereth not in his brief days or weeks, but bears it out even to the edge of doom. If this be error and upon me proved, I never writ, nor no man ever loved.

It's it awesome?

I have found a person deep in my heart, and it was jesus that is where I start. You came to me and swept my feet and you're the one who made me complete.

My name is Kesiha that's who i became, a girl who loves to pray almost everyday. My parents always told me be careful for what i pray, it may come true and it may not be what I want to go through.

Seeing myself in heaven in many years, hoping yo see my family with happy years. In heavegn I would love the sound of J' moss, a person I would love to hear around. Heaven smelling like gunbo soup, a smell that is not like in hell, but a smell that rings my bell.

I am a hard worker even at school, this will lead me to get a huge jewel. Thank god for making me who I am, a friendly girl that would help anyone even all the hard times when things are undone because now it had just begun.

Heaven’s Divine

What is this from which God’s hands have created
That absorbs and flares my heart, such tempest?
With gentle strokes from the brush of perfection,
And heavenly radiance selected for your coloration.
Let that enchanting complexion be your frame,
And let that beauteous tracery be your name.
With adoration, He paints you most meticulously—
The divine gift that reflects your refined elegancy.

Numb

I feel that I don't matter
that I'm just here
not a wife, a partner, a friend
not a lover, a lady who was once called "Dear"
I feel alone
no hope, joy, laughter or praise
just questions with no answers
walking dead as in a daze
I feel useless yet obligated to the needs of others
taking on the mistakes they made
holding the resentments of fear and anger against myself
watching my life and soul diminish in the ocean and fade
I feel hopeless in this mirror
reflection of failure looks back at me
anticipation, anxiety, anger and confusion is all I can see
I feel angry because I am confused
and confused because I am angry

I am Numb

(Yep, I wrote this. It doesn't rhyme but it doesn't have to.)

WITHIN THE HEART'S DIMENSIONS

There are as many dimensions of love,
my friends, as there
are people capable of feeling love.

Always embrace the dimension you are
comfortable with.

Never offer more love that your heart can spare
and, in return, never expect more love
than you will need.

Only define
love when you wish to restrict its intent
and remember feelings offered to you
do not have to be returned in equal
portion because
love can not be
valued this way.

Be fair, be brave
and be sincere
and someone will
always be there.

(It’s just something I had to write to get out of my system. The problem is that I, too, am a hypocrite of sorts and am doing what these people shouldn’t be doing by writing this. My bad!)

On Judgement Day

when the masses from each land kneeled to pray
they were puzzled when most were turned away.
In anger they asked their God the reasons why?
“Let me count the ways,” was their God’s reply

on Judgement Day.

“You’ve twisted My words to suit your own needs,
to let you wage wars and embrace your greed.
To live in more comfort you rape the land,
while the demise of your Earth is at hand.

You support leaders who claim they believe ---
they steal from the poor and you they deceive.
You build great temples you claim in My name
as your neighbors starve and you pass the blame.

What part of ‘Judge not’ don’t you understand,
as you smugly condemn your fellow man?
Turning your back on sisters and brothers ---
you think your sins are lessor than others?

I wrote this yesterday, and I think it could still use some work. It's different from my usual style but...here it is:

MIRROR

Mirror, mirror dashed from the wall,
Your glass is broken, for you were false.
You called a beast a beauty rare,
O! Flattery ruined both you and her.

She knew herself, and asked you yet
If beauty was her's, and so you said.
Now you sprawl in shards on the ground for your lies,
And feel the hot rain, her tears, as she cries.

She weeps for the dark so fast closing in,
For vanity, pride, and many a sin.
Mirror, mirror, with tears dry and cold,
You weep for yourself, she weeps all alone.

Both broken, one hopeless, you brought on your own grief,
One for your lies, one for self-deceit.
The beds you have made you must now lie upon,
And wish for a dawn that may never come.
