Live Journal is probably the best because you can set up your own free blog and within Live Journal there are many communities where poets post their works and commit on each others works.

Most of the poets are pretty damn good there so be forewarned that it helps to edit what you write before posting it because they'll let you know right away if your grammar is poor. (...for journals that people view a lot ...)

The upside to a site like LJ is that you'll be inspired to elevate your writing craft. One of the best ways to become a better writer is to read and study better writers.
