I've checked wikipedia and racked my brains but I can't find or remember the name of the essay. I saw one written by Plato, but I'm sure thats a different one.

Did Aristotle even write such an essay?
Additionally, if you know any major Greek Philosophical or Dramatic work, could you tell me? I've got down the Iliad, they Odyssey, Poetics and Oedipus the King...I just don't know anymore, or at least, I can't tell which is really, really major these days. I've seen quite a few works by other philosophers...I just don't know if they're major or not. (Note, keep it Greek, I'm doing a timeline for school and I'm stuck. The text I have doesn't have any philosophers or literary works...its just historical facts.)

Since you can only make a certain amount of movement in a certain amount of space, would'nt that be considered time.
Let's say I could tap my head 10 times in minute.
Then the next minute I taped my head 20 times in a minute.
But yet since a minute is just consired 1/60 of an hour every single day, should we really limit movement to the caluclations of what is consired a day.
Of course the earth can only move in so much of space reapeatdly in a circle.
That does mean that it is travel through time though, it means its traveling through space, yet we measure it as time that takes for the earth to complete orbit that is neccessary for it to complete.
Hence are'nt we living in a world with out time, just the caluclation of movement through space?
This could be why the past can not be visted from the future, because all the past really is considered to be is the movement which has already accompined a certain amount of space.

Your beloved awaited for you for 18 years.
But when you got in touch with her after 18 years she just insulted you beyond imagination.

She has also become somewhat sick you know.
And now she has other 2 men in her life who are
sort of say .. crooks.

Would you now tell her that you are the same person OR
Will you just pretend that you are someone else and cut
the communications so that mostly she will never know.
OR
Do you suggest doing something else ?

As I am an outcome of a biological process between my parents.
So is everyone else. I will die due to say degeneration process or a sever trauma that my body can't handle.

Then where does God come in the picture ?
When God does not exist why to run after a fantasy a mirage ?
Why people run after the God whom they have never seen or met ?
Why people search for God who has not been able to prove his existence to us humans even after thousands of years ?

Why do people waste valuable time of their life after this ONLY mental concept known as God ?

God is only created by Mind like a dog with wings.
Then why do people chaze this concept as if it was real and waste their time, money and efforts ?

Given that the present instant is a flash, do we only remember it after our brain has had time to hit ENTER, like in 43 hundredths of a second or whatever?
I myself have remembered certain things better than I experienced them initially, and those were actual events that occurred over a minute or more, more than the present instant -- could that be even more true the infinitesimal event, which is the present instant?

Could it be the brain does not even try to experience the present instant, since its computing skills are not adroit, and correct me if I'm wrong; but the brain just takes the easy way and remembers the present instant -- actually getting a clearer view if it that way.
That could explain a lot of things, but I don't know what.

"The body, which is made up of five elements,
is weak and is bound to disintegrate.
Though a hundred years of life-span is prescribed,
one cannot take it for granted.
One may leave his mortal coil at any time,
be it in childhood, youth, or old age.
Death is certain.
Hence, before the body perishes,
make efforts to know your true nature. "

Does anyone know why he did that ? What is the explanation for such a behavior by Mahatma ? Do you think the explanation is enough to justify sleeping with young niece like this ? What about the niece ?

For the benefit of the young ones, I have mentioned Sturgeon's Law here many times, and described it most times. Now, for those who have known it for awhile, perhaps through science fiction fandom, do you remember any of the corollaries that went around the convention circuit? Or have you written any of your own over the years? My only one is Sturgeon's Law of Advertising: 99.99. . . percent estimate.
