you dont know what you are supposed to know".

He gives Google and Yahoo search engines as examples. If you dont know you can find it. Thats all you need to know. You need not mug and pass examinations and have degrees in philosophy and theology, you need not be educated in the Vedas or byheart the Quran. Everything is a REPRESENTATION of Divinity, and it is the TRUTH. By eliminating the representations you will find the truth. Imagine there is nothing in the Earth God has created one man and one woman and trees and plants and snakes and sea. What must they do? God does not say anything but creates hunger for both of them. So they have to find a way to solve it. The clue is the fruit, when they open it they find bilateral symmetry, two untruths when "eliminated" by eating, gives the energy, which is the truth. The eliminated untruths NO LONGER EXIST for they are assimilated to give energy which is truth. The energy is the air, OMKARA. Compare this with modern economics shopping?

Isn't the fact that "you only live once" a reason NOT do do something stupid and crazy just to say you've tried it? Because you might die... and since "you only live once"... you'd stay dead. Maybe I'm just a loser (feel free not to agree with me on that).

I was thinking, maybe laughter?

Is it safe to assume that all humans like to laugh? Does that mean that all humans like to feel happy? Is happiness a need, such as eating?

:-)

I would like to know the details of anyone been deceived by a self proclaimed spiritual achiever with a lot of pomps and supporters who has basically not even started on the spiritual journey himself.

I would appreciate to know the details so that I can safeguard against such cheats - for myself and for good people of the world.

In a conversation with a freind, he told me that he thinks religion is a cultural relic that will eventually become obsolete in favor of ever-advancing science. I thought it was an interesting perspective and I want to know what you think?

Or do you just answer all the time? Do you see the benefit of asking questions here? Or are you here simply for points? What benefit do you get out of this forum? Are you excited about helping people? Or are you simply "doing what you've always done?"

I am looking for some new ideas for discussion in the philosophy club at my school.

We've already discussed objectivism vs. relativism, free will, consciousness, can violence or war ever be justified, dualism vs. materialism, and altruism.
