There are many types of prisons that hold us. Many people don't realize that a prison surrounds them, and therefore cannot leave it. Some want to leave but cannot find the way out. Others see the prison, but are afraid of the known world that lies without, and can never summon the courage leave.

There is one type of prison that binds us to all other prisons, and where escape is not possible from within. The prison can only be fully revealed from without. Our society, our culture, and even our friends and family unwittingly build the prison around each of us when we are young. All but a few are trapped. Some think they have escaped because they can see walls were none exists, and cannot see walls where walls are placed. The tools of escape are only found outside of the prison. A few like me can try to hand the prisoners the tools and teach then how they are used, but only the prisoner have the power to free themselves. When you don’t think you are in a prison, you don’t see why you should escape.

The prison is formed from illogical and irrational ideas and thoughts.

You become free once you have released all your demons. The things that hold you from acheiving true wisdom.

Hatred, ignorance, self-loathing, are the chains that hold you back.

Take you r life to a higher plain - help the less fortunate- without payment or thanks;

Seek out truth- you'll know it when you hear it.

Do no harm to others- but see their own chains - their ignorance- their prejudice, thier otrtured soals and help set them free ( turn the other cheek)

Die to yourself so that you may live.

In 1865, President Lincoln,, a buddy of mine,,, signed the emancipation proclamation. That doesn't suggest that any who felt they were NOT FREE, didn't want to try to exercise FREE WILL.

One thing I know in all my time here, is that I am bound by my basic needs, hence not truly FREE, as I need Food, water, Air, BUT I am capable of having free will, exercising my greatest freedom,,,CHOICE,,,and deciding if my efforts or explorations, go against my survival insincts,,,or moral codes.

Beyond that, FREEDOM is relative and subjective, and we all experience levels of IT and NON.
