$20 is an awful lot for a meal. Go to McDonalds and eat from their $1 menu then go to Goodwill or Salvation Army for a $15 coat.

Option 2, of course. Good luvin will keep you warm all winter long.

If you chose option 1 and paid 20$ for a meal, you would be guilt ridden and have to by a book on spirituality to overcome it. And unless the coat has edible buttons, you'll be dead before long anyway from the cold. Take the luvin.

Well, I am not going to try and cheat the question by spending less on the meal than you suggest since I do not think that is in the spirit of the question. I would buy the coat. I did consider the woman but since her company is her livelihood I suspect it is unlikely to produce any long term benefit, as suggested by other answerers, she has meet to many down and outs. The meal is tempting but you can go a long time with out food and there is the possibility of finding food tomorrow, the cold is more urgent.

Go to a shelter to eat and get some warm clothes and the jacket of course. Then go to a thrift store and buy the book u are interested in. Save the twenty for transportation.

I would hold on to my money! You can always eat on less than twenty, and as far as paying for companionship-no! You can get free coats from churches, and free books from the library. I would save my money and enjoy myself at a poetry reading or hang out with friends, why are your choices so lame?

you can do more than just one full meal for $20.00, if you know how to shop you can feed yourself for a couple of days , id take the coat , you can live longer without food if you know how to find water , spiritualism can be obtained threw experience and i have no need for a woman because i am one .

If I was only missing the coat, and had a house with heating, a car, etc, then I would take the meal. But if I was a homeless bum with no job or family, I'd take the coat.

infact i don't know the aim of your question but iwill choose either:
the meal , eat some and save the rest till i find a solution to this crisis or i'll choose the coat and try to manage the hunger by any way.

I would buy the woman.

If I buy the meal, I will die and freeze because I don't have a jacket to keep warm.

If I buy the jacket, I will die of hunger.

If I buy the book on spiritualism, I won't have enough time to finish reading it because I will die of hunger and cold before I get through the book.

If I buy the woman, I will enjoy my last night on earth, will keep warm, can eat all night :p, and I will die a happy man. But atleast this way she may fall in love with me, and help me get back on my feet.
