I have only read the Harry Potter series until the 4th book and recently just saw the movie (again).
I was just wondering do the likes of Fleur Delacour and Viktor Krum ever make a return?
And a signifcant return at that?
Not like a mention or a love letter/interest but does the plot ever truly involve either of them, or anyone from another school for that matter?

I find that the Harry Potter books are becoming routine,the regular happy ending.I expected more.Didn't you?

I was asked to re-write and post the ending by my kid since she knows that I really didn't like the end of the series. Anyhow, I whipped this up in about 2 minutes. What do you think? Here goes: With that one moment--that one flash of eye blinding light that shone brighter than the sun it was
over. Voldemort was no more. A calm slowly began to befall Hogswarts. And then realization
that Harry, Harry Potter too was gone. All that he was. All that power within him, the power of
love his mother had bestowed upon him with her courage was not enough. In the end, Harry had
to draw everything within his own heart. And like the valiant warrior that he was, he used up all
that he had for the love of his friends. Sadly their faces began to show the realization of what
had happened. In tears Hermione and Ron held onto one another. Their friend was gone and
nothing would ever bring him back. Still, they knew that he would not have wanted it any other
way, after all, his sacrifice had freed the world.

I'm looking for a good book for a book report I need to do for my geography course, and someone led me onto this book as a good one. But the report mostly has to be of the terrain and environment within the story. Can some one give me some details about the environment in this book so I can make up my mind whether or not I should do my report on this? You know, like dry, hot, sunny, dusty, rocky, etc. Any details would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Personally my favourite book is A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R. R. Martin, I love reading, but I havent read a lot of books as I didnt have access to any good bookstores/ libraries before (It's a long story) anyway all of that has changed now

so can you suggest good books I should try, I'll read almost any genre (except romance) though my favourites so far are Fantasy, horror and Mystery novels...so any good books I should try...

Who loves him?...and I don't mean obsessed with him and wishing he was alive every waking minute.....i mean love the character an would love to see him real? I do and I hate Bella for ever doubting him but i love them together because he loves her! I hate Jacob though! I mean I love all the Cullens....Alice, Jasper, Emmet, Rosalie, Carlisle, and Esme! My favorite book so far is twilight because it introduced me to Edward and Bella and how they went through everything....without jacob! so here's my question.....who's your favorite character and favorite book and why? thanx!

I'm about halfway through writing a book... (152 some pages in)... And along comes new ideas that seem pretty cool... but I don't want to drop the project I'm writing and I wonder what I should do?

I'm interested in writing a book and hoping at a later date that it could possibly be published. I was wondering how i would go about finding out how you even go about writing a book, how i would start off in the book and how to get ideas etc?? if someone could help me on how i could go about this i would appreciate it. Or whether i should just look at a good novel and see how the author of it has written theirs?? Im wanting to call it "where the hell are you, father? its about my own personal experience about my dad that isn't in my life and isn't a father to me, so i'm basically wanting to write about my own experience with that and about fathers that aren't fathers to their kids cause they choose not to be and that basically regardless of the situation with relationships, a father should always be a father to their child. Anyway you get my drift, i just dont know how i could get ideas on how to start and go about this. Would i have to go back so many years to when i actually felt

i want to get my friend a book for christmas, and i want it to be a really good one. he's 18, and doesnt read very much at all. i want to get him something he would enjoy reading. a walk to remember is one of his favorites, so maybe something like that. or like the perks of being a wallflower. something along those lines. thank you.
