Is this a good writing level for a 10 year old?11 year old?12 year old?13 year olds?14 year olds?

Crispin,The Movie,is based on the John Newberry Award winning book,Crispin,The Cross of Lead,by Avi. Crispin is about a 13 year old orphan boy living in the 14th century,in England.The boy has nothing left.At first,he doesn't even have a name! After his mother dies in the Great Depression, he is declared a wolf's head by the village steward for stealing money. He plans to leave his tiny village of Stromford and run away. Will his trip turn out as he wishes? Find out by watching Crispin,The Movie.

I consider it very good for a teen! The only comma I'd definitely take out is the one after "century." The others that seem unnecessary may be parts of the titles. Otherwise, the mechanics are perfect, as is the sentence structure. To evaluate its overall elements. one would need to know the assignment or the purpose for which it was written, but it certainly makes its point and holds together well.

i read it last year as a summer assignment when i was 11 going on 12, but i'm sure it would be ok for a 10 year old too,
basically it's fit for 10-12 year olds
