I have only read the Harry Potter series until the 4th book and recently just saw the movie (again).
I was just wondering do the likes of Fleur Delacour and Viktor Krum ever make a return?
And a signifcant return at that?
Not like a mention or a love letter/interest but does the plot ever truly involve either of them, or anyone from another school for that matter?

Fleur Delacour plays a big role in the remaining books. She marries Bill Weasley NOT CHARLIE(You've got it all wrong, Ellasar W).
BILL gets injured by Fenrir Greyback, a werewolf, but not enough for him to transform. He gets scarred. But he can still have some wolfish traces. Molly therfore advises Fleur not to marry him , but she still loved him, and they got married alright.

Olympe Maxime, the half-giant, plays a big role in the 5th book - Order of the phoenix. She and Hagrid go to find some giants....she can use magic.... she is powerful...etc. Not giving it away.
Igor Karkaroff, the headmaster of Durmstrang, is dead.
Vold..er..you-know-who kills him.

Fleur Does return and she marries Bill, not Charlie.
Krum also returns and even though he doesn't have a big role, some things that he says are very ìmporatant because they are needed later in the book.....
I'm not giving away any more of the story, you should just read the rest of the books, and I promise you won't regret it.
Some other characters are also mentioned briefly....

Love Interest, yes, Fleur, who also fights in the last book. Actually she becomes as important as say, Tonks. I don't really want to give away the plot, but she does have quite a big role in the last book.

Why could Thom return it? of course Jonny deserted his H and Thom felt sorry for it and accompanied it. Bonus: Er.... Um.... it incredibly is stressful....? If it comes all the way down to a minimum of one, i think i'm going to elect only, yet my in demand fabric by using them is the extra experimental works, so only isn't a large representation of my Radiohead tastes... or maybe i could be incorrect. Or street Spirit. Ah, I provide up, i won't be able to elect one. Bonus 2: The Shins (i think?)

I would suggest finishing the series because the characters do a lot! (and the last three books are just really good)

Fleur does a lot, and Victor a little.
Fleur marries one of the Weasley boys - Charlie, the eldest. They are engaged before he is attacked by a werewolf and badly scarred, Molly and Ginny don't like Fleur, but after the attack when she still wants to be with him they like her.
Victor pops up a little in Hallows, but he is not important to the story.
Olympe is around a bit, but again not significant - I don't think she and Hagrid get together.
