I've just bought a second-hand paperback "King Richard II" published by Cambridge University Press and edited by Andrew Gurr. I remember, vaguely, there are some quotes or some key characters based on facts we can verify as well as enjoy its literary presentation. Some ideas or any interesting background I should know before reading the play are welcome, thanks.

Hey, I just wanted to say this, because I've seen alot of people asking about it, that they're most likely not going to make movies out of her books. She told me. When she came to Montreal, Me and another girl asked about it, she said that the rights had been bought, but she didn't think anything would happen because her books are all series. Character continuation and all that. Also, SHE said, not me, that she wasn't popular enough, not enough people knew about her to create interest in a movie.
So there you go.

I grew up reading books by Dr. Seuss. The drawings are unique as well as the wild and senseless stories. Dr. Seuss was really good at marketing his books. I think he is smart and very talented, especially since he really wasn't a doctor but Dr. Seuss apparently was a nom de plume from what I understand.

I have seen "best-seller" lists that divide paperbacks into various categories, mostly "paperback", "mass market paperback" and "trade paperback". I get the idea the first two terms are the used interchangably, vs. "trade paperback"...which seems to be a higher quality somehow...?

Will someone please enlighten me? Thanks!
