I'd like to publish a book of poems in Singapore but i don't have the money or necessary knowledge of what to do exactly. What should i do/who should i look for? Please be specific, thanks!

I believe you should approach a publisher to check with them but if you have no money, then it seems to be some problem coz everything in S'pore talks about $$$. Unless there is publisher that is willing to publish the poetry books for you first, then calim the payment after you have hit certain sales level.

What makes you think you are a poet worth buying poetry from. The tone of your questions shows you are so uniformed but poets are anything but that. What don't you blog your poems on-line. Maybe famous publishing houses will take notice.
