Ok. I have 2 big questions.
1.Ok. Y is there another book for each book and how is it diferent? For instance Harry potter and the Sorcerers Stone has another book.. Harry Potter and Philosophers stone?
2. What is the difference between the American Version of the HP books to the UK VErsion... does it unlock some clues that the other books in the US version do not?

the original title for book one is philosophers stone. thats the name of a very real alchemist idea. the american publishers didn't think american's would know what a philosophers stone was, so they changed it to sorcerers stone to make it sound more magical. some language and grammar in the books have changed as well, for the same reason. for example, where the british version says mrs weasley gives harry a jumper for christmas, he gets a sweater in the american version. the only other difference is the american versions have chapter illustrations.

First of all Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone are the same thing. The sorcere's stone is the US version and of course the philosopher's stone is the UK version.
Second of all the UK version isn't any different from the US version I think the only reason why they have different names is because the brits don't say sorceror's.

The books are essentially the same, the wording and titles are different because of cultural differences.
A philospher in the AMerican culture is someone who thinks, in GB a philosopher is a sorcer. Hence the different names.
Same thing for all of the books.

No, I have both books and there is no difference. The language used in the english version is slightly different. It has more slang that people in the united states might not understand.

I've read both UK and US versions, and they aren't much different at all, they just use UK english in the UK version.

As far as I know it does not add anything to the story it is just worded differently.
