Books & Authors - December 2006

I am in the middle of doing research for a book that I have a couple agents interested in. I would love to find a ghostwriter/coauthor who has the time and interest in helping me pursue the writing and research. Any suggestions?

T.V.'s, computers, phones, cassette tapes, video tapes etc. keep evolving and some being omitted. Do you feel that (paper) books will ever be commonly obsolute?

I hope not. The feel of a book in my hands, reading pages as opposed to internet reading etc....enjoy books very much.

With technology the way it moves forward and the issue of trees . . . what is your thought of the future of books ?

I'm prepareing to publish my first book and I wanted to go through Author House but as I do more research I fail to see many other authors using them. Any suggestions on better routes to take? Author House is a self publishing company. Do you think that submitting my manuscript would be more lucrative? Any suggestions would be helpful.. thanks

Like most people say...i have the wierdest family. The difference is, it is TRUE with mine.

I have stories upon stories upon stories (mostly about my mom) that range from "forgetting to wear pants" to "12 animals in the house"

I am not joking, we really need a sitcom.
