I really dont think so. Actually, i will go ahead and say no. If you will remember, in the sixth book, Dumbledore basically described a horcrux as a splitting of the soul, a horrible thing. He despises the very idea of it. Why would he do something he so condemns? It is a form of dark magic, which Dumbledore is so set against. Also, Dumbledore was completely against the idea of immortality, according to his views in the Sorcerers Stone. Horcruxes are the very opposite of his ideals. So therefore, im gonna say no.

Also, JK Rowling has confirmed that Dumbledore is in fact, dead. So, unless this Horcrux was destroyed between book one and book six, I'm going to go ahead and say no, Dumbledore did not create a Horcrux for himself.

Goodness NO! Remeber Dumbledore said "Death is just the next adventure" or something like that. He wasn't affraid to die and you have to be evil or sick to split your soul the way Voldemort did. I mean, look at the way he turned out! Dumbledore is too good of a wizard to sink to that level. Plus, Rowling said he is dead this last summer in August when she read in New York, and that he is not going to pull a Gandolf. Even Gandolf wouldn't split his soul to stay alive, if you can even call that living.

No. Horcruxes are dark magic. Dumbles wouldn't make one. He doesn't even allow it to be taught at Hogwarts.
