I would also appreciate any other advice you can give me regarding macro photography using this camera. I muddle through, but I'm sure I can do much better with the right info.

I did have a photographer friend who offered to help me, but his hand on my leg quickly ended that little adventure!

What is this from which God’s hands have created
That absorbs and flares my heart, such tempest?
With gentle strokes from the brush of perfection,
And heavenly radiance selected for your coloration.

Numb

I feel that I don't matter
that I'm just here
not a wife, a partner, a friend
not a lover, a lady who was once called "Dear"
I feel alone
no hope, joy, laughter or praise
just questions with no answers
walking dead as in a daze
I feel useless yet obligated to the needs of others
taking on the mistakes they made
holding the resentments of fear and anger against myself
watching my life and soul diminish in the ocean and fade
I feel hopeless in this mirror
reflection of failure looks back at me

Out of all the billions of planets, who cares what happened in a certain time period here. Why is it important that random ****** was president for years XXXX-XXXX. Who will care about movement figures. Everyone is too caught up in their daily lives to notice. Perhaps in the final hour of their deathbed they will. Or will they only reflect on temporary worthless history?

i have always wanted to paint, but i have never tried before. so could you guys give me some advice for and easy start up? what is the easiest to work with, what basics i need, all that stuff. i dont have a lot of cash, the reason i never started, but i am at a point in my life that i truly want to do this.
any advice is appreciated.

i dont want to do protraits, i just dont think i have the talent for that, maybe abstract or impressionism. something a little more forgiving for a novice.

If science is based on facts then could scientists test Free Trade against Marxism to see which will hold up . Free Trade enthusiasts say Marxism or Communism never worked but have not run a test on this idea could it be done to determine on a scientific basis whether Free Trade works
