test at college divide people into two groups see which works. If Marxism was not effective so much propaganda would not have been leveled at it . People say it is not effective if so why try to suppress it in U.S.A. Is it not Dictatorial to refuse to permit people to do what they wish. Why say it is ineffective without testing both.

The only lab is the real world, because that is where the true test is. Marxism has been proven to create dictatorial power that steals from the producers to give to those who produce nothing. As Marx said, the test of Communism is how stringently we accept the proposition: "From each according to his ability, to each according to his need." This is a formula for outright theft and during the socialist "revolution" in England created what was called the "brain drain," where the producers left the country to produce somewhere else. Now, in Canada, they have the "doctor drain."
The United States is not wholly capitalistic either. We have what is called a "mixed economy," i.e., government interference in capitalism. No one is leaving this country because our economic system still offers the most freedom, but laissez faire capitalism would create a staggeringly booming economy that might wipe China's trade off our map.

Asking for a perfectly followed man-made system of government and social organization is asking for a bit much. I mean even the composers of systems are bound to contradict themselves at some points. So you might do best by judging those nations and individuals who claim to be communist or capitalist or whatever.
If that's not good enough of an answer... the best your going to get is this then: You have to decide what seems best to you personally and try to make that a reality if that's what you want to do.
Personally I think both Communism and Capitalism had founders and adherents who were very harmful to many people around the world and, in fact, to the environment of the world itself. Both are very materialistic and fixated on production and consumption.

compare the economies and politics in the USA and the Soviet Union. One thrived and grew and has lasted over 225 years and is still thriving (USA) and one grew, collapsed, and died in just over 70 years (USSR). If that is not a fair test, what is?
