What would you say are they three major points of discussion from the Napoleonic Wars, that the British Royal Navy influenced greatly. I think that one of them would be the Continental System, another maybe the Peninsula Wars. I don't know what another would be...... Tralfalgre, Waterloo, or maybe the Battle of the Nile. What do you think?

I do not believe that the Catholic Church practices a lot of tradition if "it hurts anything" or "if it is not part" of the concept of salvation.

There's no q. here.
If man is a product of evolotion,
IT LOGICALY FOLLOWS
everything he does is part of that, and therefor natural.
What else could it be?

If God created everything we know, and man (a spiritual being) rebeled and screwed things up, even if God knew it would happen, it is still the result of mans rebellion and therefor not God's doing.

included in this is the FACT taht God has redemed man for him self. In the end, this dream world you live in won't matter anyway. All that will matter in eternity will be if you knew and were known by God.

If what I know to be true were, as you asert, false, it still does'nt matter because, in that case, we are decendents of prehistoric mud and are no better than the flew virus.
and when we distroy ourselves none of this will matter and infact why should it now? There is nothing but artificial meaning to life, which we, for what ever reason, have
created.

Is film just full of entertainment? Is literature or a painting full of contemplation and criticism?

I'm planning the production of a new play and in the development of this play we have used some fairly recognisable music that i hope to use in performance as a backing track to certain scenes.

Where do i stand legally regarding the use of published music in theatre and does anyone know of where i can arm myself with information on this matter.

I've searched the web but still none the wiser.

For a World History class I have to dress up as someone in History...it could be someone like Napoleon to a random peasant. But my two friends and I want to do it together (3 of us total), and we all want to be somehow connected. I need help with coming up with a great three-person costume idea.

By the way, we can't dress up like someone in AMERICAN History. Thanks.

I have been singing and acting for a few years and I am quite good at it.
I am going to be a music major in college and then I want to go to medical school.
Is it stupid of me to want to be a doctor when I have other talents?
Am I just basically just wasting my talents?

In 1986 one of the reactors on Chernobyl exploded, leading to what is known as one of the worst disasters in history. Approximately 30 people died immiediatly, many more died in the days and months that followed. It is estimated that we will see the sideeffects of the disaster in up to 70 years, such as: cancer, deformated and abnormal children in the area.

In december 2004 a tsunami hit south Asia, at least 155.000 died.

In 1918 the worldwide spanish influenza epidemic caused at least 25 million deaths.

1945: Hiroshima and Nagasaki: 110.000 people died, 130.000 were injured. 5 years later the number of deaths caused by radiation had reached 230.000

9/11 2001. A date that has marked the world forever. Suicide attacks on the WTC by islamic terrorists lead to the death of 2974 innocent people.

The history says it all. We have already seen many disasters, and there's more to come.
What do you fear the most? Is it war? Natural disasters? Terrorists? Or something else?
